We liked how the RGGC team kept the design team and owners informed of progress and important milestones through 24/7 open communication and productive meetings that kept the project moving forward with no surprises or stalls. We especially appreciated the way your team used Procore to provide Daily Logs and record all RFIs and notes. This level of communication and service sets RGGC apart from the other general contractors with whom we often work.

I began working with Ryan Gootee General Contractors many years ago when I was asked to go to New Orleans to take over a project from a team member that had left the company. I had never worked in New Orleans before, and we inherited a project that needed some help. The Gootee team partnered with me to straighten out the project, introduce me to the New Orleans construction market and we delivered an amazing project to a very happy operations team. That partnership that was developed over 10 years ago is still going strong.

Tasked with repairing damage to an office structure on a barge is daunting enough, but working through the safety concerns posed by working on and over water added greatly to the challenge. The historic renovation of 353 Carondelet Street to the Fidelity Bank Headquarters was a complicated project. Ryan Gootee General Contractors handled this redevelopment with incredible focus and attention to detail that I have never experienced on a project. This was a very important project for our company and one that required a very high degree of skill, but also professionalism and care. Renovating a vacant, historically significant building into a Bank Headquarters during a pandemic, in what we felt was record time, was remarkable.
