Emeril's Brasserie and Emeril's Petite Brasserie

Emeril’s Brasserie and Emeril’s Petite Brasserie was a renovation of the existing Fuddruckers, Starbucks, and McAlister’s spaces into an 8,470 sf Emeril’s restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant kitchen takes hold of 2050 sf of the space. Roughly 250 sf of the space is a coffee bar, to serve patrons both in the restaurant and casino. Similarly, a 26 foot long, double side service cocktail bar is available for dining within the restaurant or within the gaming floor. Guests under 21 are able to dine in the restaurant by entering through the newly renovated Canal Street entrance. Additionally, an outdoor dining area is included as part of the restaurant and has been completed by AECOM Tishman.
