Crescent Bank Corporate Office Renovation

In partnership with Verges Rome Architects, RGGC moved Crescent Bank & Trust into their new corporate offices, located within the Burns & Wilcox building, located at 2121 Airline Drive in Metairie. The 34,000 square foot space was demolished and built back new with DIRTT construction. DIRTT was chosen for a number of reasons including their long-term durability, short lead times, and quick installation. DIRTT’s sleek, non-generational designed aluminum frames and glass panels, with slim-profile ceiling connections, offer convenient access to the components allowing for rapid inspections, maintenance, and changes/redesign. The mix of privacy and transparency was important to Crescent Bank & Trust to allow for open-spaced light transmissions and flexibility to redesign the space for future growth.
