Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand, Brackett

RGGC and the design team at GOAT moved Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett into their new office, located in Suite 600 of the Hancock Whitney Center after they outgrew their upper floor spaces in the same building. The design, which began prior to COVID, quickly adjusted to accommodate new “social distancing” requirements by adjusting spaces to provide a combination of private offices for attorneys and glass-partitioned workstations for secretaries and paralegals, allowing everyone to work safely without sacrificing privacy. There was a focus on the “communal core” spaces in an effort to support more collaboration and spontaneous in-person meetings. These communal areas are generously sized to accommodate larger meetings and the flexibility to redesign for future expansions. One of the main pivots in the design was to incorporate more technology, including video call software, and visitor screening apps so that tenants could conduct legal proceedings and trials remotely.
