The Hotel Perle

Demolition has begun on the 757 St. Charles Avenue project for RGGC. This historical building that was built in 1916 will be converted into high-end multi-family spaces with a first-floor café area. RGGC will be utilizing the existing three story atrium and masonry walls while also adding new amenities such as a new pool above the parking garage and a bar on the terrace. We cannot wait to complete this beautiful project in the heart of St. Charles.
