The renovation of the former Otis Elevator Building located at 2000 Airline Drive in Metairie converted multiple existing buildings that have been combined throughout the years to create a functional and modern office space for Crescent Wealth Advisors of Raymond James. The project included modifying the existing building structure with new steel beams to accommodate a large folding glass wall, new interior glass walls, new windows to allow increased light in the existing brick building, elevated concrete ramps to access indoor parking and improved finishes throughout. In the construction process, significant upgrades were made to existing building systems which allow flexibility and increased value for the occupants.
