Bon Ton

The storied Natchez Building will once again be home to a new Bon Ton restaurant. This renovation follows a fire in 2023 that decimated the ground floor. The new dining room, reflecting the character of Bon Ton’s original 1877 opening, will be surrounded by historic masonry walls and rich original millwork. The chic atmosphere will be adorned with stained banquet seating and dramatic lighting. A new bar punctuates the room with a towering wall of wine. New efficient mechanical systems will be installed along with a new sprinkler system.
