Ascension DePaul

RGGC completed a first-floor medical office buildout for Ascension DePaul. The finished space functions as a modern medical office, featuring private meeting rooms and large open cubicle areas to support daily operations. Early progress was impacted by delays related to capital outlay funding approvals. This renovation took place within an occupied residential building, with residences located on the floors above the work area. Careful coordination was required to minimize disruption and maintain safety for occupants. The project included direct owner contracts with the HVAC and electrical subcontractors, emphasizing the importance of coordinated teamwork among all parties.
