Horseshoe Lake Charles

This project, completed in conjunction with Lemoine, included construction of a new single-story casino addition and renovations to the existing facility at the Isle of Capri Casino Lake Charles. The scope of work generally consisted of components to comply with the design prepared by Marnell Architects to include but not limited to: 72,000 SF of gaming space, VIP lounge, restaurants and improvements to the parking and hardscape. The casino has a vertical transportation tower that ties the existing garage to the casino for improved access.

Renovations of roughly 35,000 SF to the existing pavilion and atrium were performed as part of the project. Renovations included upgrades to the steakhouse and food court, renovation and expansion of the coffee shop, upgrades to the atrium, the addition of a Promotions office and renovations to the second-floor office space. Rooftop mechanical equipment was replaced with new along with modifications to food service equipment, mechanical distribution systems and electrical system.
