Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC – II Lakeway Tower 14th Floor Renovation

This project included the renovation of the 14^th floor at the II Lakeway Towers off N. Causeway Blvd.  The existing interior office space was demolished in order for the majority of the floor to be updated and occupied by Carr, Riggs & Ingram, a CPA firm.  Mechanical systems were updated, including all new electrical within the space, new framing and drywall, new flooring, new millwork, casework and new ceiling systems.  Most of the door openings were outfitted with Raco door frames and glass sidelights.  This gave the interior spaces, that are not next to the windows, plenty of light coming in through the exterior windows. The view of Lake Pontchartrain is stunning.
