We are converting an existing tenant space into 9,680 square feet senior focused clinic consisting of 10-11 exam rooms, offices for counseling, dietician wellness, lab and blood draw suite centered around a collaborative doctor/nurse core.

All new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical with new exterior storefront entrance.
