About this Project

General Electric partnered with RGGC on their corporate offices in downtown New Orleans at Place St. Charles. The center provided software development and information technology. The project consisted of a full demolition and interior build-out to 73,400 square feet across 4 floors of the Place St. Charles building. Office construction included open work spaces and offices, video and audio conference rooms, and redesigned kitchen and break rooms. In an effort to support GE’s main goal of promoting a collaborative work space, RGGC installed DIRTT full height back-painted writeable glass walls and doors to the perimeter spaces which allowed for natural lighting to reach the interior spaces and gave an “open-office” feel to the workspace. The light maple wall panels and glass found throughout the space emphasize the simple clean lines to represent a timeless and professional aesthetic.
