Omni Royal Orleans

RGGC’s renovation of Omni Royal Orleans is nearing completion, with a full upgrade of guest-facing spaces and event areas while preserving the building’s historic character. The new lobby bar, music lounge, coffee shop, gym, and fully renovated ballroom have been completed, while the rooftop bar and pool are in the final stages of construction. Significant infrastructure upgrades, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, have been implemented to meet current standards.

Crews have carefully restored original architectural details where possible, successfully integrating them with modern finishes and layouts. The phased approach has allowed the hotel to remain operational throughout construction, requiring close coordination with hotel staff and careful management of noise and disruption. The project is delivering a functional, modernized property that retains the craftsmanship and character of its original design.
