Tube Supply

RGGC completed a renovation of Tube Supply in Lafayette, consisting of new office space attached to an existing warehouse that supplies steel for the oil and gas industry. The renovated office area was designed to support daily operations and included a breakroom, conference room, open work area, warehouse office, IT room, a unisex ADA-compliant restroom, and a women’s restroom. The project required upgrades to the building’s electrical infrastructure to meet current code requirements, including modifications to electrical panels and overhead and in-wall conduit, which were carefully coordinated to support the functionality of the new office space. The warehouse remained fully operational throughout construction, making safety for both warehouse staff and construction personnel a critical focus.
