St. Philip Neri Catholic Church

RGGC is completing a comprehensive interior renovation of St. Philip Neri Church. The project includes selective demolition, construction of new ADA-compliant restrooms and sacristy spaces, a complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovation, and reconfigured sanitary sewer infrastructure. Renovations throughout the sanctuary and devotional chapel include new lighting systems, ceiling modifications, acoustical improvements, storefront partitions, millwork, and interior finishes. The sanctuary scope also includes AV and electrical infrastructure to support a new owner-furnished Baldacchino, owner-installed marble flooring, and owner-furnished mural artwork. The work is being executed through a multi-phase construction plan that coordinates contractor activities with owner-performed specialty installations, including mural, marble, and Baldacchino work. The renovation upgrades critical building systems, improves accessibility, and modernizes worship and support spaces throughout the facility.
