The corner of St. Charles Avenue and 1st Street is home to a new, ground-up 4 story condo complex. The 28,400 square foot building houses 6 condo units ranging in size from 3,800-4,500 square feet. Community areas include a work out room and the exterior of the building has detailed cornice work and plaster finishes.
