Senior Superintendent

Roy Vortisch

Roy has been in the construction industry for over 45 years. He grew up in Gentilly where his grandfather and father were both Project Superintendents. Some notable projects that his grandfather and father have built are the Belle Chase Tunnel and the Baton Rouge Centriplex. Roy attended John F. Kennedy High School on Wisner Blvd and received an Associate of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering.

In Roy’s spare time you can find him fishing or listening to oldies music while rebuilding or riding motorcycles. He is often entering in jambalaya and crawfish cookoffs where he frequently wins. Roy has also been a Saints season ticket holder since 1982 and for the past 11 seasons he has been attending games with his oldest grandson.
