With a background in operations and finance management, Chad is adept in problem-solving and budgeting with more than 15 years in managing multi-million-dollar projects and initiatives.  This experience set the foundation for a successful career as a project superintendent.  Chad’s unique skills easily put him in a senior leadership position ensuring RGGC’s team is equipped with the tools and knowledge in safety initiatives, quality control,  trade partner relations, and overall on-site project coordination.  He takes great pride in providing a quality product to our clients.

Family time is important to Chad and he combines his love of soccer with watching his children fall in love with the game.  His interest in cars has deepened his knowledge and appreciation of classic cars and he is not averse to whipping up something in the kitchen just for fun.
