Both phases of this hotel renovation were fast-track projects that included a complete upgrade of 440 guest rooms, 13 floors of corridors, and 10 suites on the 26th floor. The work encompassed new wall coverings, paint, carpet, tile, light fixtures and Johnsonite millwork resilient base, as well as justification to existing cabinets and closets.
