As part of the ongoing transformation of Harrah’s New Orleans to Caesars New Orleans, NOBU Restaurant is set to be located just inside the new hotel Porte-Cochère off of Convention Center Boulevard. The previous 7,470 sf of gaming space will be transformed into 4,700sf of dining featuring five custom dining “pods”, an intimate sushi bar, main bar and lounge, and 2,700sf of kitchen space. Stepping into the restaurant, guests will be immersed into the luxury and minimalist Nobu style. World-renowned chef, Nobu Matsuhisa, is known for blending Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients and creating unforgettable dining experiences. Guests will be able to extend their Nobu experience by staying in the Nobu Hotel – two boutique floors within the brand new high rise overlooking the Mississippi River.
