RGGC is building a new three-story, approximately 35-bed fraternity house for Delta Tau Delta on the campus of LSU. The ground-up project includes residential suites, a chapter room, kitchen and dining areas, fitness center, house mother suite, and associated mechanical, electrical, and support spaces. The scope also includes site development, utility infrastructure, covered porches, patios, a basketball court, and outdoor gathering areas designed to support student living and chapter activities.
