The Rendon Apartments
RGGC completed the Rendon Apartment project, a historic restoration to a circa-1900s school building located on North Rendon Street in New Orleans. The renovation produced 26 apartment units ranging in size from 600 square feet to 1,200 square feet and included exterior and interior masonry restoration, wood window restoration, wood flooring restoration, and a swimming pool.
