We converted an existing tenant space into a 9,680 square feet senior focused clinic consisting of 10-11 exam rooms, offices for counseling, dietician wellness, lab and blood draw suite centered around a collaborative doctor/nurse core featuring new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical and a new exterior storefront entrance.
