Construction of new athletic field and complex consisting of the 12-16″ excavation of the 270,000 sf site, backfilling with sand and installing artificial turf. Construction of a new stadium and concession building with locker rooms and a press box. Construction of a 250 spot parking lot, side bleachers and a batting cage.
