The Mintz Lofts project included the renovation of an existing two story building on Baronne Street as well as new construction of a three story building adjacent to the existing building. Together the buildings house 7 new apartments. The first floor includes parking, an apartment, and future retail space. The work included outdoor spaces/decks for each apartment, a new sprinkler system, plaster exterior, repointed masonry walls throughout, metal wall panels at the front, and metal canopy system.
