New Orleans Saints Office Renovation

The New Orleans Saints Office Renovation at the Caesars Superdome will deliver a fully updated workspace featuring new finishes throughout, upgraded glazing doors at the entry and conference room, and the addition of a restroom and breakroom for team staff. The project presents unique challenges due to its location within the Superdome and a tight 65-day schedule to complete work before the first Saints preseason game. Additional complexities include coordinating with multiple managing parties, navigating low ceiling heights, and addressing numerous existing conditions, including asbestos abatement, plumbing and electrical code issues, and water intrusion from structural cracks. The renovation will provide a modern, functional environment tailored to the needs of the Saints organization and its staff.
