New Orleans & Company West Wall Renovation

RGGC is delivering the New Orleans & Company Exterior Renovation, which includes the removal and replacement of an existing exterior wall and the installation of a new metal wall panel rainscreen system. The facility serves as the central hub for New Orleans tourism and marketing, making both functionality and appearance critical to the project’s success. Located along St. Charles Avenue, the building occupies a highly visible and prominent site, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption while maintaining public-facing aesthetics. A significant challenge has been determining safe and effective aerial access to the exterior façade, which was not fully defined prior to contract execution. To address this, the project will utilize seven mast climbers in conjunction with an extensive scaffolding system to properly access the work areas. These access constraints have added complexity to sequencing, logistics, and site coordination.
