Mid City Market Building Renovation
55,000 square foot renovation of a core and shell project which included new office, retail and restaurant spaces. Work involved new electrical and mechanical build out and roofing. Additional storefronts were cut into front wall and a complete site package with asphalt parking lot and new sidewalks were installed.
