Jesuit High School Bistro

Ryan Gootee General Contractors worked with Jesuit High School and Mathes Brierre Architects to renovate their existing bookstore into a new café and bistro. Food service equipment to serve coffee, pastries and grab and go food was installed with new casework and countertops. Sliding glass panels along one wall allow for students in the commons to order without entering the bistro itself. New glass tile, ceramic tile, and brick veneer were installed around the perimeter with a feature ceiling and wall with an illuminated Jesuit “J” serving as a focal point of the space.
