Hotel Monteleone Sales Office

RGGC completed a full interior renovation of a building located in the heart of the French Quarter to be the Hotel Monteleone’s sales offices. The project included new finishes as well as upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Original windows and doors were carefully refurbished to preserve their historic appearance. As with many older buildings, the team encountered structural issues and worked closely with the structural engineer to identify and address any deficiencies before closing walls and ceilings. This proactive approach ensured the renovated space would be both functional and true to the building’s historic character.
