Hotel Monteleone Sales Office

RGGC is completing a full interior renovation of the Hotel Monteleone’s sales offices, located in the heart of the French Quarter. The project includes new finishes as well as upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Original windows and doors will be carefully refurbished to preserve their historic appearance. As with many older buildings, the team has encountered structural issues and is working closely with the structural engineer to identify and address any deficiencies before closing walls and ceilings. This proactive approach ensures the renovated space will be both functional and true to the building’s historic character.
