Christian Brothers School Restroom and Media Lab Renovation

The CBS Restroom and Media Lab Renovations project involved RGGC converting an existing office and storeroom into a new, larger Boy’s Restroom, replacing the previous undersized facility. The existing restroom area was demolished and reconfigured into a new Media Lab, which required removing a concrete wall to open the space. Modifications to the Cafeteria expanded its capacity and established a new connection to the Media Lab through an existing historic archway. Additional archways along the Media Lab/Teacher’s Lounge wall were removed and replaced with glazing, introducing more natural light into both the Media Lab and Cafeteria. The renovation enhanced functionality, improved circulation, and increased daylighting across all affected areas.
