Christian Brothers School Restroom and Media Lab Renovation

The CBS Restroom and Media Lab Renovations project involves RGGC converting an existing office and storeroom into a new, larger Boy’s Restroom, replacing the current undersized facility. The existing restroom area will be demolished and reconfigured into a new Media Lab, including the removal of a concrete wall to open the space. Modifications to the existing Cafeteria will expand its capacity and create a new connection to the Media Lab through an existing historic archway. Additional archways along the Media Lab/Teacher’s Lounge wall will be removed and replaced with glazing to introduce more natural light into both the Media Lab and Cafeteria. The work improves functionality, circulation, and daylighting across all affected areas.
