RGGC is completing a first-floor medical office buildout for Ascension DePaul. The finished space will function as a modern medical office, featuring private meeting rooms and large open cubicle areas to support daily operations. Early progress was impacted by delays related to capital outlay funding approvals. This renovation is taking place within an occupied residential building, with residences located on the floors above the work area. Careful coordination is required to minimize disruption and maintain safety for occupants. The project includes direct owner contracts with the HVAC and electrical subcontractors, emphasizing the importance of coordinated teamwork among all parties.
