RGGC is renovating a historic 1920s building to create a new office space for future tenants. The project includes structural repairs, new interior finishes, and a full roof replacement. The project team has faced challenges with unforeseen existing conditions, including in-wall and in-ceiling materials in worse condition than expected. Another key challenge is coordinating work around a single, shared stairwell that remains in use by active tenants. RGGC is working closely with the Owner and tenants to minimize disruptions. Structural repairs are being completed in carefully planned phases, with progressive replacement of damaged joists and roof decking.
