The scope includes structural reinforcement of existing historic buildings, selective demolition, restoration of historic architectural elements, reconstruction of deteriorated building components, installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, and complete residential buildout. The project also involves integrating modern building infrastructure within existing historic structures while meeting current code requirements and preservation standards.Working within an active Bourbon Street corridor and under strict preservation requirements, the project requires precise coordination, phased construction sequencing, and innovative solutions to modernize the buildings while preserving their historic character and architectural integrity.
