Caesars New Orleans has selected Ryan Gootee General Contractors to lead a project that entails transforming approximately 4,760 square feet of existing shell space on the second floor of Caesars Casino into a new executive office suite.

 

The scope of work includes the installation of interior partitions, high-end finishes, custom millwork, and a thoughtfully designed ceiling layout.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be upgraded as needed, including HVAC modifications, enhanced lighting, and electrical improvements.

In addition, the project will incorporate modern IT and security infrastructure, such as data cabling and access control systems, to create a secure and efficient workspace that meets the operational needs of casino leadership.
