Solomon Group Office & Residence Historic Renovation

Historic renovation of an existing brick framed structure into a commercial space which include 8 offices, 2 conference rooms, a break room and a reception area. Existing brick walls and the majority of the existing ceiling framing have been refinished and are exposed on the interior of the building. Existing wood window sashes and trim were removed, refinished and reinstalled. New additions include the installation of Hope’s steel windows, an elevator, stained concrete topping slab, glass sliding walls for several offices, a new built up roofing system, new HVAC, electrical systems, fire alarm and sprinkler systems. A 2nd floor apartment build-out with high end finishes and a rooftop pool on the adjacent covered parking lot roof.
