Omni Royal Orleans

RGGC completed a comprehensive renovation of the Omni Royal Orleans, modernizing guest-facing spaces, event areas, and building systems while maintaining the historic character of the French Quarter hotel. The project included a new lobby bar, music lounge, coffee shop, fitness center, a complete renovation of the ballroom, and the transformation of the rooftop pool area with the new La Riviera Rooftop & Pool Bar.

The renovation also included significant electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upgrades to support the hotel’s updated spaces and operations. Throughout the property, existing architectural details were carefully restored and incorporated alongside new finishes, fixtures, and layouts to preserve the craftsmanship and character of the original design.

RGGC completed the work through a carefully planned, phased construction approach that allowed the hotel to remain fully operational throughout the renovation. Close coordination with hotel operations, detailed logistics planning, and careful management of noise, access, and guest impacts were critical to completing extensive work within the active luxury hotel.
