Belle Chasse Academy

The Belle Chasse Academy renovation project will modernize the school’s interior with new ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, LED lighting, and a fully updated HVAC system. All walls will be freshly painted, and corridors will receive new wallcoverings to create a refreshed, functional learning environment. As a phased project taking place over three years in an operational and occupied school, construction is carefully scheduled, primarily during summer months, to avoid disrupting academic activities. Located on a U.S. Naval base, the project requires federal access clearances for all personnel, strict adherence to security protocols, and full compliance with the Build America, Buy American Act.
