The Westin New Orleans Repairs

The Westin Hotel Repairs project included a full exterior pressure wash and façade restoration, completed just in time for the Super Bowl. Crews removed the abandoned rooftop pool and concrete deck, then framed and finished the former restroom area to create new storage space. Safety was a top concern on this project, with crews working hundreds of feet in the air using swing stages, daily equipment inspections, and strict tie-off protocols. Debris containment and site logistics were carefully managed to protect the active hotel and surrounding area.
