Andrew Serio is a goal-oriented construction professional with over 15 years of experience in estimating and preconstruction leadership. As Director of Preconstruction, he manages every aspect of the preconstruction phase for all RGGC projects. From coordinating estimates and assigning tasks to his team to serving as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors, Andrew ensures that each project starts on a strong and well-organized foundation.

With a Construction Management degree from LSU, Andrew brings both technical expertise and a coach’s mentality to the table. He excels in interpreting project specifications, analyzing material and labor costs, and fostering collaboration across all key stakeholders. His approach is centered on communication, service, and precision. He takes pride in aligning the goals of the owner, architect, and subcontractors, treating the process like coaching a team toward a win.

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys golfing, attending country concerts with his wife, and coaching his three boys in sports at Girard. His dedication to teamwork and mentorship extends from the jobsite to the sidelines.
