Project Superintendent

Lamar Pine Jr.

Lamar has grown up in the commercial construction industry, starting as an assistant superintendent in Mt Airy, NC, then moving to Mississippi, and then eventually New Orleans.  44 years later, RGGC is thrilled to have someone as experienced in structural concrete and structural/cold formed steel join the team. Tilt-up panels, building slabs, and large concrete paving projects are just part of Lamar’s expertise. He takes great pride in historical remodeling/renovating schools, churches, and retail buildings.

He’s humble with his vast construction knowledge and believes there’s always something new to learn. Lamar enjoys work and the satisfaction that it brings, “To be able to physically create someone’s dreams and see the look in their eyes is something I thoroughly like to do at each and every project.” He’s been known to keep a jovial, yet professional, job site.

Lamar recently inherited the family homestead in Picayune, MS, so in his free time you’ll likely find him renovating his home, spending time with family, or enjoying the outdoors while fishing.
