Ernie fell in love with construction, growing up on the bayou in Houma he was always tinkering with things around the yard.  He knew he always wanted to attend LSU, where he graduated in 2018 with his degree in Construction Management.  Taking that tinkering to the next level, in college he on the LSU TigerRacing team where his team designed and built a racecar to compete against other schools from across the world!
