The renovation of the original Perlis Store on Magazine Street transformed the space into a modern, functional retail environment. The scope of work included constructing new offices, updating finishes throughout the sales floor, upgrading back-of-house facilities, and installing a monumental stair with custom hand-cut glass railings. Phased construction ensured the store remained operational throughout the project, minimizing disruptions to business operations. Custom millwork and new street-facing windows were incorporated to enhance the store’s aesthetic and functionality. These upgrades were designed to optimize the layout, improve efficiency, and elevate the experience for both customers and employees.
